Cercis glabra 'Sijichun-2'is the first gold leaf variety of Hubei Redbud. The stem is agate gray, and the top tip leaves of the young branches show light pink coffee color. As the growth time goes on, the leaves show the change of yellow-green and grass-green successively, and the color is bright, and the hair and leaves are earlier than that of Hubei Redbud.

Flowers pale pink, calyx magenta, corolla light pink, flowers less.
